Thirty years of coming out
I have been coming out, in one form or another, for around thirty years: first as gay, and later as AuDHD. Coming out as gay took roughly two years from start to finish. Explaining my neurotype has met rather more resistance.
That experience sits underneath this work. Good translation should create a bridge between different ways of thinking without treating difference as absence, failure or unreliability.

The evidence systems preserve chronology, provenance and institutional context. They support accountability and research, but they are not the whole of who I am.
